What's the point of trying to prevent self harm, when you're better off doing it..?
Self harm is a very touchy subject for many people. I deals with a wide variety of coping methods and it's important to keep people safe. Self harm is a method of coping that deals with immediate gratification and it doesn't solve the problem in the long hall. We work to support people who need help with coping methods and that is why I created this group. I've been there and am still working through my shit, but overall, people can feel supported by this group and I believe in what it stands for.
